Core Strength – Mountain Climbers

Core strength is essential for performing daily activities and especially during exercise. The mountain climber exercise is a great conditioning exercise that helps build core strength and endurance. They definitely take the wind out of me when I try a set. A set can be anywhere from 30 seconds to several minutes. I found a great video below on how to do it with proper form.

Note: This is considered an advanced cardio exercise:
