If you’re wondering if the NutriBullet really works, then I have to tell you this little blender is flippin’ awesome. The following is my Nutribullet Review. My mom purchased the Nutribullet for us as a birthday present and we have been using it every morning for almost 4 weeks. Each morning, my honey blends up some type of fruit/vegetable shake (with added flax seed oil in mine) for us. I used to eat oatmeal every morning or sometimes eggs, turkey bacon, and toast. We’ve both have been feeling the difference of drinking these shakes for breakfast. I for one have felt lighter, more energized, and after drinking them for awhile, I don’t crave the usual snacks that I used to.
Cubicle Life Adds On Excess Weight
Here is why I adore the Nutribullet. I work in a cubicle for eight hours a day and anyone with a desk job knows that sitting for that long is unnatural and if you’re not careful, you can gain a lot of weight. That’s exactly the situation I have found myself in. Sitting at a desk all day can make you feel mentally drained. Boredom can lead to excess snacking and by the time you are leaving work, exercise can be the furthest thing from your mind. The only thing on my mind when I leave work is getting home, relaxing with my spouse and our cats, and eating dinner. Yes, we do exercise together but that isn’t always the case depending on the type of day we’ve had. (Side note: I am working on a post about cubicle life and getting motivated to workout.)
Being that I don’t always get in a workout and my eating habits weren’t the best, I needed to save on calories. Drinking our juice drinks every morning does just that. The blender is just so easy to use and so extremely convenient. One of the plastic cups is a serving. All it takes is placing some vegetables, frozen fruit, and water into the cup. Twist on the bottom blade attachment and blend away. We have tried all sorts of recipes. My spouse has added chia seeds, frozen wheatgrass shots, frozen acai packets, and more. The combinations are literally endless. The NutriBullet also comes with a recipe book.
Getting All the Nutrition
Unlike an actual juicer machine where it separates the juice of the fruit or vegetable from its pulp, the Nutribullet blends it all. Therefore you’re drinking the pulp too so you’re getting all of the nutrition out of the food you blend.

Nutribullet Worth It? Most Definitely
Many folks use this blender to help them lose weight. Juicing does a good job of that because it helps to create a caloric deficit without starving yourself. It has received great reviews on Amazon while some of the negative ones are due to the blender malfunctioning. We’ve all dealt with appliances malfunctioning at some point or another. Overall, I absolutely love this blender and all the juice we’re drinking. It is an awesome gift. Treat yourself and get one too.
