Why HIIT? –
Boot camp is one of the many forms of high interval intensity training (HIIT). If you are doing the hard work, yet you are eating the same way, or are eating more (because you feel you are burning more calories and losing weight), the results are not going to show. It is about constant change. High protein, lower carb diets are a good way to go. Supplements, different healthy lean meats, and healthy carbs (brown rice, sweet potato, etc) are all good options to add to your diet. If you do the same thing and expect different results, you are not going to see them. With the right fitness routine in place, along with the right healthy eating lifestyle in place, you are not only going to see the changes, you are going to see them in far less time than you otherwise would.
