When it comes to working the abs, the first exercise you may immediately think of are crunches. I don’t mind doing crunches at all, however, there are other ways to work out your abs without the standard sit-up or crunch. Craig Ballantyne has released a sample ab circuit routine that doesn’t require a single crunch. He utilizes an ab wheel, a stability ball, and then does a set of mountain climbers. If this circuit doesn’t work the abs, I don’t know what will!
