		<description>I think this is GREAT!  I think his parents have the right idea with this.  Calistenics are great for anybody if you ask me.  Young, Old and everything in between.  I&#039;m gonna check these Bar-Barians out too.  I&#039;ve seen these guys before.</description>

		<description>LOL, this video reminds me a lot of me and my dad when I was younger. We would do pushups and bodyweight squats together. Fond memories. I wish we had a chin up bar!

The kid seems to be full of energy and enjoying his chin ups -- hopefully fitness becomes a habit that stays with him. 

One of my friend&#039;s daughters, who is a gymnast, showed me that she could do one arm chinups (while gripping her wrist). She was only 8, and it was pretty impressive!</description>
