Work Out Season Finale

by Eartha

Lastnight was the season finale of Work Out and it was one of the most drama filled episodes yet. Before I get into the whole Mimi thing, I must say that I was impressed with the results of Skysport's clients that were focused on since the beginning. First off was Erika's client who came in with the hopes of avoiding a breast reduction surgery. Jackie was against such surgery or any surgery from the start and believed with proper training and diet, surgery could be avoided all together. She was right in this case as the client lost weight and stopped having back pain. Jackie's client also had great success having lost 20 lbs. and several inches. Jody Watley also had success losing (I think it was 8lbs, not sure) but her goal was met just in time for her big debut. It was great to see all three clients achieve their goals before the end of the season.

Now, on to Mimi. I don't know what their current relationship status is to date, but I hope for both their sake's they have stayed apart. That relationship was a big cluster f*** and I really don't understand how it lasted for four years! They both have a lot of patience or as Jackie states, they were just really co-dependent. The tantrum Mimi threw in the club was crazy, not to mention she was wasted so her actions were probably worse than if she had been sober. She slapped Jackie, squeezed her face, pulled her hair, and then threw her drink at her. That just doesn't look like love to me. I'm sure fans of the show were glad that relationship ended too.

I'm looking forward to another season of Work Out. I'm sure it will be just as entertaining.
