There are so many weight loss programs on the market today. You have choices from books, to DVD’s, to membership clubs, camps, etc. How in the world can you know which one is worthy and which ones are just trying to make a buck? Let’s face it, they are all trying to make a buck but some programs can actually be life changing and help put you on the road to permanent fat loss.

Before choosing any weight loss program, do an extensive amount of research about it and ask for opinions from your health care provider or a registered dietitian. Below is a basic list of things to be cautious of when doing your research for a weight loss program.
