Walking is a very useful, effective and easy exercise for all ages of people. Too many people are now spending their money and futile effort to gain better fitness in gym, tools, supplements but I wonder why they do not try the natural ways first? Walk in the fresh air very early in the morning and it will make your whole day beautiful.
