		<description>I didn&#039;t really like it.You didn&#039;t go in detailed on any of the workouts.But other than that it was pretty good.I hope I can make it in UFC.I believe I&#039;m good with the hand but not so much with the legs I&#039;m a stand up fighter.Do you have any good leg tips or/and training for the legs or/and arms?Thanks for your time Boomer.</description>
