Yesterday was tough! I had my dinner meal already planned but I had to help out some good friends with a computer problem. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the problem resolved and in exchange for my help, they bought pizza for us all. Although pizza isn't the best choice and it was truly tempting to order one with meat on it, I was good and stuck to plain ol' cheese.
So day 3 wasn't the healthiest dinner meal but now what I was supposed to make last night, I will make tonight. So far so good for my vegetarian/pescatarian week!

Try Boca frozen pizza (ok I don’t work for Boca but I should !) it has veggie sausage, veggie pepperoni, on it, it is great !! Try some meat substitutes made from tofu/soy. Need to get your protein
Thanks for the advice! I haven’t seen the Boca pizza yet but will look for it on my next shopping run.
