The best time to exercise has always been a topic of discussion among the fitness community. Some may argue that early morning is best or late in the evening is better. Personally, I don't think there is a right or wrong answer. Your best bet is to exercise when you want to no matter what activity you choose. Even walking 30 minutes a day can have benefits such as lowering blood pressure and reducing the risk of a heart attack.
