I like when I find new workouts online, particularly ones that work the midsection without having to do any crunches. If you look for some work out which isn’t time consuming this one is ok. But I don’t see myself performing with stop watch in my hand. Still – why not to try?
Good video. No Crunches/Sit-ups at all. The video was quick and memorable which means it is usable. No equipment involved.
