Some Very Cool Elastic Band Exercises

The elastic band is a handy piece of exercise gear that you can take anywhere. You can get them in varying degrees of resistance and perform a variety of exercises with them working out all of your body parts.

Once you have your elastic band, you may wonder what type of exercises you can perform with one. Below are some good examples of how to work out with elastic bands.

Bicep and Hamstring Curl

Lateral Pull Down

Leg Extension & Arm Rotation

Lunge Lift

Adduction and Overhead Press

Fantastic explanations.
Just bought some bands for home workouts, and was looking for some good leg exercises. Thank you! Very simple explanations, and much attention paid to good form.
