For some people, whether or not they workout, depends on how long the workouts will take. The thought of working out for an hour or sometimes even half an hour can be a struggle. Yet, we should fit in some type of exercise, so I went in search of workouts that are short.

These short exercise routines are great. I work out at home, and being able to do a short stint is very helpful for me. Thanks for linking to these.
Short workout are good when you don’t have time, but it needs to be intense. I watched every workout up there and I think there is missing the intensity part.

I’m always in search of short and interesting workouts as well that can to fit into my busy schedule and i agree with Fittetsguy that since i am only working out for a short period of time, i like to feel like I’m really pushing myself.
