Joe I'm not affiliated with beachbody except that I love P90X because it's very similar to Crossfit. and I can only share my experience with Shakeology. It is the bomb and I will continue to purchase it.

I have been skeptical about shakeology due to the price. I love beach body products to include thier multi vitamins and work out programs but $119 for a meal replacement? Really. Well I broke down and bought it. After 1 week. I have lost 3 lbs. I work out 5 days a week 3 days of cardio and 2 days of weight lifting. I had horrible eating habits ( no breakfast, Late dinners) But since I got my shipment of shakeology I'm motivated to eat at least 3 meals a day. I'm no fan of the green berry but since i bought it'm gonna finish it. I will reorder all chocolate. The benifits that I can say have really impressed me is that I am now a "regular" I "go" at least 3 times a day now. before I would go maybe once ever 2 or 3 days. I love it. I feel better I do have more energy and I love the way the chocole tastes with peanut butter. It's worth the $119.

To this day I have yet to hear negative feedback about Shakeology. The only thing close to "negative" is that Greenberry is a unique flavor and about a 50/50 of those that love/hate. Other than that, it just keeps proving itself!

Hard to find an honest review when most "reviewers" are affiliated with Team Beachbody and trying to promote for their own interests.

I usually start my day off with a shake since I'm always on the go. It's a great way to get necessary vitamins early in the morning and better than your traditional coffee.

very true i agree there, almond milk has a nice rich taste to it that really supresses that chalky after taste, Optimum Nutrition really comes up with some tasty flavors that make it easier for those with that issue

I found that almond milk helps ease the taste of a lot of shakes AND smoothies.

There are many great shakes out there to try, and many serve different purposes. If your looking for a light easy protein shake, to trim up use as a meal replacement, or as a pre workout shake, isopure makes some really light zero carb beverages that are extremely beneficial for you. They are high in calcium and potassium and dont have that chalky flavor some people cant stand, also there are optimum times for a shake. Sure you make one as a quick fix, but there are times when they are most appropriate. Upon waking is ideal, before and after your workout within 30 to 60 minutes and before bed. Before bed poses a great benefit because your body goes into a catobolic state, which is the state of muscle break down, and you are not trying to achieve that, so a nice casein shake with some slow digestion carbs is ideal for that time. Shakes hold many benefits and are becoming more popular everday, especially in the crazy united states where no one can sit down anymore.
