Trying Fitness says:

    Portion Control is Difficult Right Now

    Cardio: 3 mile run (treadmill)
    Strength Training: 40 modified push-ups

    My difficulty right now is dealing with portion control.  I like to cook and back in the day, I would eat until full and when I say full, I mean “I need a nap now” full.  Now I’ve cut back and try to portion my food to what is reasonable without starving myself.  However, right now, I am feeling hungry for a snack and it is almost 11:30 pm.  I figure I just go to sleep and not think about it again until breakfast.

    Although I try to eat several times throughout the day, it is still hard for me not to eat larger portions, especially when it is something tasty like the yummy spaghetti and meatballs I cooked tonight.  Usually I would’ve had a piece of garlic bread too but I had a decent size portion of noodles, sauce, 2 meatballs, and a side of spinach.

    I suppose I could eat a piece of fruit if I really wanted just to satisfy my hunger but I’ll just stick it out tonight.  Losing weight and getting fit isn’t easy but with a few adjustments it can still be fun.
