Our New Juicing Machine

We've just purchased the juicer pictured (Breville JE900 Juice Fountain Professional Juice Extractor) and I am so excited to begin juicing because I know there are so many benefits to drinking fruit and vegetable juice.

The recommended servings for fruits and vegetables are 5 to 9 servings per day. I am no where near consuming the recommended servings so incorporating juicing into my diet will help tremendously. Below are some great benefits of juicing fruits and vegetables:

  • More likely to get your recommended servings
  • Good source of enzymes
  • Good source of vitamins and minerals
  • Can aid in weight loss
  • Improves immune system
  • Helps to fight off diseases

Fresh juice and vegetables are also delicious. My favorite juice combination is carrot, apple, and ginger. With this new health regimen, I also plan on cutting back on my meat consumption. Hopefully, these changes along with my usual fitness routine will help me drop more weight.
