One of the Best Home Gyms for Free

What kind of home gym is free and requires no equipment? It is called your body! I enjoy exercises that require nothing more than your own body weight. Many of these types of exercises are challenging and help to build up your strength. I found an awesome video which demonstrates several body weight exercises which you can combine for the ultimate interval training workout.
Many of the exercises in the video below are advanced so pick and choose wisely and know your own limits. I am going to try some out myself and I’ll probably do about 10+ reps of each depending on how difficult I find them to be. The video starts off with lower body exercises, then upper body, then finally core exercises. I think choosing a few from all 3 categories will provide a very good full-body workout.
