Magnetic Diet - Another Method of Weight Control
I recently came across a new diet online called “The Magnetic Diet.” It is written by author Nick Smith. I glanced through it and it doesn’t appear to be another “starve yourself” or “fasting diet” for quick weight loss. It seems to be relatively sensible in that he promotes healthy eating habits along with meditation and exercise. Some of what the diet teaches are:
- How to control your cravings
- How to exercise to burn fat
- How to create a lean self-image
- How to lose weight without losing muscle
That all sounds reasonable to me and the cool part is (at the time of this writing) you have the option of reading the entire book for free on the web site or purchasing it in ebook form.

I read the magnetic diet on the website and ended up purchasing the program which I think is something I can actually stick with. More books should be made available that way. Thanks.
