I received a link to this funny story from a reader which talks about those before and after photos you often see in magazines and on television with what appears to be amazing results after using a particular product. I had heard about these types of photos before where often (especially for ads in muscle magazines) the person in the photo is made out to have gained muscle and lost weight magically through the use of image editing.
The article explains how this magic happens. Visit below and have a laugh:
Thanks Len for passing this along!

I think deep down everyone knows that these photos cannot be real, but the weird thing is is that I think we all want it to be so we believe it!
Good post!

Haha about time some one did something like this!
Very funny
good post
I have to agree with Mr Jones. We all knew there was something fishy about some (not all) of those before and after shots. It’s just good that someone was finally verbal about it. Is it wrong? I guess. Maybe. But the people should know about the full process before they base their own results off of the “before” and “after” shots.
Ha. The magic of photo shop. Don’t you love it how in all those “after” photos the people always have a great tan? Like they spent the past 6 months working out at muscle beach.
And it never ends. This kind of stuff has been around for what seems forever! Maybe if I purposely put on fat, and skipped meals and then….wait what am I thinkin!
