Hi,

I too am a Beachbody coach, I certainly agree with you that food is the major struggle for most of us (if not all!) but the accountability that comes with Beachbody's program is priceless.

I'm currently doing the RevABS program which I am halfway through and enjoying it so far.

Keep up the good work!

I found that home video training is really good IF you have some kind of expert training/coaching to reinforce it. There are some things that a trainer or a partner can give you that a video cannot because of angles and you can't ask the video questions. However, I've had my eye on P90 and p90x for a while now and they seem to be the most complete system that I've ever seen. Please let me know how it works out.

This program sounds great. Although convenient, I think the hardest part about working out at home is the accountability portion. The interactive part of this DVD I'm sure is a big help.

I'm definitely a fan of muscle confusion because it is highly effective. I've recommended P90x for quite a few people that have seen outrageous results. The time saving aspect is a huge deal for people that completely brush off the need for a regular fitness routine because they have too many time consuming obligations in their lives. Two Thumbs Up!!

When I was a personal trainer I use to recommend p90x quite a bit because I was a huge fan of muscle confusion. It's a great program for those who like to workout at home.

@Crystal - I agree, the structure is helping me out a lot.

@Tyler - No problem. I am loving the program I am using so far. It is actually fun.

@Raza - I am using the Thesis theme. :)

not only is your blog entertaining... but your theme is clean and easy to read. Mind if I ask what theme you use?

Thanks,
Raza

I've heard a lot about this plan. It seems like a lot of people are using it and I've heard all good things. There are a lot of DVDs out there so if you've found a good one we should all take notice.

Thanks for sharing.

This program sounds great. People don't realize that fitness and health is a life altering experience. Consistency in diet and daily activities is key! I love programs that have structure to keep you focused!
