    I’m sure most of you have at least heard of the book “Eat This Not That” and I have added it to my Amazon wish list and will be ordering it pretty soon. The reason I bring it up is because I was browsing around and found this article “9 Health Foods That Aren’t” written by the authors. Before you go click on the article below, see what you think your answers would be to the following:

    Which is a better choice?

    9 Healthy Foods That Aren’t

    All of the items on the list are believed to be healthy to eat but when you see the breakdown of why they aren’t, it makes you think twice. I knew the tuna melt was a bad call because that sandwich has tons of mayo and melted cheese. I think once you get into the habit of breaking down the foods you eat, you realize what will make the better choice.

    Do any of the readers already have this book, and how do you like it?

    Do not assume that they are listing absolutely all the ingredients/toppings for the “Eat this not that” menu choices. Comparing a Turkey Burger vs. 7oz. Steak, there is a lot of information left out, like how many oz. of turkey meat is being used and whether it is turkey breast meat or just ground turkey meat. They make this exorbitant claims to make you believe there is more stunning information in the book.
