How to Workout When You Travel A lot

Luckily, I am not in the type of career that requires traveling around the country or the world. Yet, there are many people who are constantly traveling for work and still want to get a workout in. It isn't easy but if you are determined, you can workout regardless of where you are and the amount of space you have.

Another option is to find hotels that include a gym. If you are a runner, you can always go for a run around the area. One exercise that works well is the burpee. It is a great exercise for small spaces and works out the entire body.

He has a point about the dirty carpets. Who knows who or what has touched those floors either. I usually put a towel down when I exercise in a hotel room.
