I worked out pretty hard today. I ran for twenty minutes at 4.8mph on the treadmill (up from my usual 4.6) and I kept up a decent pace. Then after running a few errands I made it back in time for Body Sculpt with Gilad Plus which is an hour long compared to his half-hour segments during the week. I couldn't even make it through the entire episode because I was drenched in sweat and tired. I did about forty minutes and jumped in the shower.
I am considering buying one of Gilad's dvd's just to have for the times I miss any of his workouts. I like him a lot because he focuses on toning the muscles and his exercises really make my muscles burn. I'm sore the next day but it's a good sore. His cardio segments are fun too because he incorporates boxing moves, lots of jabs, ducking, and uppercuts. He also tortures your abs which is great.
If you are looking to tone up, try to catch one of his shows on FitTV if you get that station. I'm already hooked.
