If you are having trouble keeping track of your daily calories or wonder how many calories are in specific foods, there are free resources online that can help you out. Some web sites even offer support groups, blogs, forums, etc. Here are some free resources I found while browsing the web.
FitDay - I can vouch for this one because I’ve used FitDay before and it is awesome. You can track your calories, weight loss goals, and have a blog. It is very detailed and works well.
MyPyramid Tracker - an online dietary and physical activity assessment tool that provides information on your diet quality, physical activity status, related nutrition messages, and links to nutrient and physical activity information.
My Calorie Counter - an online diet and exercise journal that allows you to track your nutrient intake and find the calories you burn during exercise.
BuddySlim - track calories, exercise log, blog, weight loss tracker, forum.
Do you have any recommendations of other free online calorie counters or food journal sites?

I also recommend sparkpeople.com. It can give you an eating plan and fitness plan, or you can enter everything yourself. It also has great teams and articles. This is my top pick!
Another one I didn’t see is thedailyplate.com. It’s also a very good site, but I started with sparkpeople and that’s probably who I’ll stick with.
