Having two sons as personal trainers is great. When the three of us are together we do it all. For example, Rick’s next visit to Florida is a short weekend. We’ll do a kickboxing class, go kayaking, and the next day “Kids in Distress” biking. Unfortunately only 62.5 miles (Rick needs to catch a plane home). Both sons are committed to their professions and their clients are luckly to have such dedicated trainers.

Your are my biggest motivation. I would not be on the level I am on right now if it weren’t for you.

Justin is a very inspirational person. He is my mental game coach. I would recommend Justin to anyone that is trying to reach any goal.
