		<description>Loud music is a great motivation for me. Also having a picture of me now on view, (not great if you live with other people though!) or thinking about what it is your trying to get fit for, ie a holiday. 
These are the things that mainly motivate me to exercise. Or having a gym buddy, someone that you go to the gym with, then you wont want to let them down, or if your competitive, dont want them to think youre giving up before them!!</description>

		<description>I agree with fabby having some decent music really helps. If it dont then turn it up. another great way to keep motivated is taking pictures every 4 weeks or so really gets you motivated when you start to see the differences in yourself.</description>
