If you're trying to quit smoking, a new study shows that exercise can help smokers kick the habit more successfully. A three month study by Austrian researchers monitored 68 volunteers who used nicotine replacement. 80% of those who exercised were not smoking after the three months.
I think this is great news for smokers who are trying to quit. Every little thing helps and why not something that is natural and will benefit you in the long term as well? I believe exercise is a great alternative to many bad habits. It is probably one of the most positive things that you can turn to. It is a stress reliever and once you get addicted to the endorphins, you'll probably want to exercise everyday. Well, at least that is how I feel!
