Do You Need Help with Your Resolutions?
Happy Friday everyone! How many times have you made new year’s resolutions concerning your health and fitness? If you’re like me, probably too many to count. I just downloaded and read a free report titled: “7 Reasons Why Your New Year’s Resolutions Will Fail” and it was a great read. It points out certain things that we lack when setting new goals for ourselves. One of my big problems with goal setting is that I try to take on too much at one time to achieve them. I then end up burning out and nothing is accomplished.
The section on planning really stuck out for me. I don’t know how many times I’ve set goals without a real plan of attack. After reading about the lack of planning, I realize where I’ve gone wrong.

I totally agree,
I have troubles with goal setting as well, however, its usually due to what i like to call “distractions”.
I usually end up getting sick, or get thrown off course in some way shape or form
