Happy Friday everyone! How many times have you made new year’s resolutions concerning your health and fitness? If you’re like me, probably too many to count. I just downloaded and read a free report titled: “” and it was a great read. It points out certain things that we lack when setting new goals for ourselves. One of my big problems with goal setting is that I try to take on too much at one time to achieve them. I then end up burning out and nothing is accomplished.
The section on planning really stuck out for me. I don’t know how many times I’ve set goals without a real plan of attack. After reading about the lack of planning, I realize where I’ve gone wrong.
