Many people may not have an opinion about bathroom scales. They either work or they don't work. I am the same way. I want a bathroom scale that tells me my weight and not much else. I thought that's all a scale needed to do until I tried the newest EatSmart Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale. Yet, once I began using the scale and finding out all of the information it provided besides just my weight, I felt more knowledgeable about my body.

In my opinion the Powertec WB-UB Utility Bench is a worthy investment for you home gym. It has been designed to be used stand alone or incorporated with other Powertec equipment and I like that the company also sells optional attachments, so you can do more than just barbell or dumbbell work.
The Powertec Utility Bench is part of the Workbench series of fitness equipment from Powertec. The unique concept of this range of fitness equipment is that you can buy one piece and then add further attachments as and when you need them. So, if you’d like a leg press with your bench but are not sure you need one right now or can’t afford the extra cash, you can buy this bench and add the attachment at a later date.

It is rare that I leave the house without a bottle of water in hand. I have a couple of Nalgene bottles that I take with me when I am traveling around town but the problem with those is that they don't keep my water cold. I add ice but on a very hot day, the water is warm by the time I'm ready to drink it. When I received my sample Thermos® Under Armour insulated bottle, I was excited to see if it would keep my water cold for a much longer period of time. I never gave much thought to drinking coconut water. When a ZICO (pronounced "Zee-Koh") representative contacted me about sampling their product, I was more than willing to try it. I was surprised at how many flavors were available. The ZICO flavors include:

Earlier this month, I posted my Turbulence Training review and how I am following the program. Right now, I am still in the first four weeks of it and I'm enjoying it very much. The workouts are short, intense, and don't take up a lot of time during the week. However, I also borrowed my dad's copy of Insanity. If you're not familiar with it, it is a fitness program put out by Beachbody®, the company that also produces P90X.
