Most people struggle with losing weight but a hardgainer is the exact opposite. They tend to have a fast metabolism which makes it difficult to gain muscle.

I recently conducted an interview with professional triathlete Brad Seng. Brad has competed in various races to include the Ford Ironman World Championship held in Kona, HI which consists of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, and 26.2 mile run.
