Another tip using your highway example is to &#039;Avoid Roadblocks&#039;.  Although the changes do start to feel normal if you have a few bad days and skip the gym or eat junk food, you can quickly find yourself facing a road block.  All of a sudden you&#039;ve missed the gym for a few days and no longer want to go back or you start to think it&#039;s easier to take the fast food option.  Although the change does start to feel normal, you have to push yourself to keep changing, even on the days when you don&#039;t feel like it.</description>
