Almonds Could Help Suppress Appetite

Mrs. May's Dry-Roasted Snack, Almond Crunch, 2-Ounce Pouches (Pack of 24)Do we need a reason to eat almonds? I sure don't. I love them and can eat them everyday, which is actually a recommendation that I've read before. Almonds contain antioxidants, vitamin E, and magnesium. A new study says that almonds could possibly help suppress your appetite:

"We concluded that the women found their daily almond snack to be very filling, and so they naturally compensated in their caloric intake at other times of the day," said Mattes.

I don't need a new reason to eat almonds. However, feeling satisfied in order to curb snacking on otherwise bad foods or from taking in extra calories is a great reason to add to the almond benefits list.
