One thing that attracted me to is that it can be done in short amounts of time, yet still provide an effective workout. I was impressed with the workout that demonstrates below. I tried it and it definitely gave me a full-body workout. I don’t have a bench (yet) but I was able to still do the dumbbell chest press with my stability ball.
