10 Minute Interval Workout

One thing that attracted me to interval training is that it can be done in short amounts of time, yet still provide an effective workout. I was impressed with the workout that Craig Ballentyne demonstrates below. I tried it and it definitely gave me a full-body workout. I don’t have a bench (yet) but I was able to still do the dumbbell chest press with my stability ball.

Next time you are crunched for time, this interval routine can still provide a full-body workout in a short amount of time.

I have to try this one. I was hoping that he also put the Treadmill in there, but a guess that would have been the 13 minutes workout:).
